This is a pretty easy one especially if you read last week's about changing eye color. It's the same steps for the most part so it should go pretty quickly.
Step 1: Open your eye image
Step 2: Go to File, open as layers, and then open whatever it is you're putting into your eye. Mine is a universe stock wallpaper. You can find a similar one here.
Step 3: Before you do anything go ahead and hit the eye icon right next to your universe layer. This makes that layer invisible so we can see what we are working with underneath it. Make a selection around the iris using the ellipse select tool. Make sure the feather edges is on and that it is higher than 10! I suggest around a 20, but I forgot this during the actual tutorial making process and regretted it afterwards. Now hit the eye icon again so you can see the universe layer.
Step 4: Left click on the universe layer and hit Add Alpha Channel. This makes it so when we delete what we don't need of the universe layer it will make it transparent instead of the background color.
Step 5: Go to Edit, Cut or Ctrl+X
Step 6: Go to Select, none or CTRL+Shift+A
Step 7: press the eye icon once more and then make a selection around the pupil. Make sure the feather edges is off or it will look kind of funny. Then hit the eye icon again so we can see our layer.
Step 8: Edit, cut on the universe layer.
Step 9: While on the universe layer go to Mode, Grain Merge and this will make the universe layer more realistic instead of like it's just floating. Unfortunately this also changes the coloring slightly, but in this case I like it better. You can mess around with which mode gives you the best effect depending on your picture.
And look at that! You're all done. It's pretty simple and quick. This one did not turn out as realistic because I messed up the feathering process, but you get the general idea. Have fun!
